ADI Systems technicians have extensive experience diagnosing printer issues and repairing Hewlett Packard and Lexmark laser printers. We offer phone support to determine if a service call at your location is required and (in most cases) we can be onsite repairing your printer within 24 hours, or less, during regular weekday business hours.
When repairs are required, ADI Systems provides accurate quotes before work is performed along with a cost analysis to repair verses replace the printer. A documented service commitment is provided via printer service contract and/or maintenance contract. Customers are assessed a flat rate or travel trip charge to your location, when applicable.
